When and where will BIOSSEMBLY Red Edition 2026 take place?

The event will take place on July 15 and 16, 2026 at the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas ESPE, Ecuador.

What will be the modality of the event?

The event will be hybrid, with in-person attendance and virtual participation for international guests and remote attendees.

University students, professionals, researchers, teachers, entrepreneurs, and the general public interested in biotechnology, health, and scientific innovation.

How do I register?

Registration will be enabled soon through the official website and social media channels of the event.

Does the event have a cost?

It is currently completely free of charge.

Will there be certificates?

Yes, digital participation certificates will be issued for registered attendees who meet the attendance requirements established by the organization.

What language will the event be in?

The event will feature presentations in Spanish and English.

Will there be food or a coffee break?

You will be informed in due course if the registration includes a coffee break or other benefits depending on the sponsors and the final modality of the event.

Can I attend for just one day?

Yes, attendees may participate for one or both days, depending on their availability and registration conditions.

Registration Policy

Registration for the event will be done exclusively through the official channels enabled by the organization.

1. Registration is personal and non-transferable.

2. Participants must provide truthful and up-to-date information.

3. The organization may close registrations once the maximum capacity is reached.

4. Registration authorizes the sending of relevant information about the agenda, access, and event news.

5. Personal data will be used exclusively for the logistical, academic, and administrative purposes of the event.

Entry Policy

Entry to the event will be allowed for the general public, including those attendees who have not previously registered. Accreditation will be done at the event venue by presenting the registration confirmation. Access will be subject to available capacity and compliance with the institutional rules of the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas ESPE.

Parking and Access

Parking: The availability of parking spaces will be subject to the internal policies of the Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas ESPE and the campus capacity on the day of the event. It is recommended to arrive early or use alternative transportation.

Campus Access: Entry will be through the accesses enabled by the university. The exact location of the auditorium and internal routes will be communicated in advance through official channels.
